Felix Auger-Aliassime is currently the highest ranked Canadian, coming in at No. 22, while Leylah Annie Fernandez is the highest ranked Canadian on the WTA tour, coming in at No. 31. 

Ottawa's Gabriela Dabrowski ranks No. 3 on the WTA doubles circuit and looks to build off a 2024 in which she and partner Erin Routliffe captured two WTA titles and won the doubles event at the WTA Finals.

Previous Tournament: Fresh off his second title of the season, Félix Auger-Aliassime was unable to continue his momentum in Rotterdam and was forced to retire in his first-round match against Italian qualifier Andrea Vavassori.  

The Montreal native took the first set 7-6 (3) but retired after Vavassori took the second set 6-4.
